The itinerary provides airport pickup service. Please provide flight information at least 3 days in advance:

1)Complimentary airport pickup service at Calgary International Airport (YYC) is available at 10:00/12:00/14:00/16:00/18:00/20:00. Upon arrival, please proceed to the 【Tous4Fun/Westar Service Counter】located at Gate 5 on the Arrivals Level to confirm your pick-up information.
2)For flights arriving at 21:30, hotel shuttle bus pickup will be arranged. Upon arrival, please proceed to Parking Spot 16 outside Door 4 of the Calgary Airport Arrival Hall.
3)Private car airport pick-up service is available on a Pre-paid basis: for flights arriving between 7:00-22:00. The first two passengers will be charged $90 CAD plus tax, and each additional passenger will be charged $20 CAD plus tax. Please be aware that there is a maximum of four people per order.
** If pick-up service is included in the itinerary, please be sure to provide accurate flight information. Any inaccurate information provided resulting in errors for the pick-up service; the travel agency reserves the right to provide second transfer services with an additional charge (according to the paid private car airport pick up service fee) or coordinate the next available pickup according to the availability.

Please Note:
Cacelllation Policy:
- Within 32 days of departure, there will be no refunds for changes or cancellations of an entire booking (including but not limited to: activities, meals, tickets, pre-paid items, and accommodations in the itinerary).  
- You will be charged a service fee of CAD$60 per change per booking for cancellations or modifications made more than or 33 days before departure (Refundable for activities and catering). 
- Booking between Christmas and New Year holidays (December 16th - January 2nd), no refunds or changes will be made once confirmed.
Booking Modifications:
Increase the number of travelers in the itinerary(Depending on resource availability corresponding to the itinerary dates) 
- No changes will be made within 16 days before departure. 
- You will be charged a service fee of CAD$60 per change per booking for changes, or modifications made more than or 17 days before departure.
Notes:
- When modifying your booking, you may be charged for any service fees, penalties, or additional costs due to resource circumstances.
- If you need to cancel or modify your booking for any reason, a bank wire fee, merchandise fee, credit card service fee, etc., will be deducted from your refund.
- Cancellations and refunds are processed within 1-9 business days.

    • Product components such as: tour vehicles, hotels, restaurants, attraction facilities, etc. may have different standards (ratings, classes, quality) in different regions of the world; please understand. Our bilingual tour guides will use Mandarin and/or English to serve you. 
    • Tour vehicles: Vehicles are arranged according to the number of people in a group. In a group up to 24 passengers, the driver will also be the tour guide. In a group of more than 24 passengers, an individual driver/tour guide will be provided. 
    • In case of force majeure including but not limited to weather, traffic accidents, etc. our company has the right to modify or cancel the itinerary. 
    • It is strongly recommended that you purchase travel insurance for your personal benefit. 
    • We are not responsible for any transportation cancellations or delays, climate change, or any other travel safety issues within the trip that are caused by circumstances not under our company's control. 
    • Travel Notice:  
    • If your itinerary includes airport pick-up and drop-off service, please provide accurate flight information and arrive at the designated pick-up location in advance. If the pick-up or designated pick-up location is mistaken due to inaccurate information you have provided, we reserve the right to provide second transfer services with an additional charge; according to the paid private car airport pick up service fee) or coordinate the next available pickup according to the availability.     • During your trip, there may be different vehicles and tour guides serving you. 
    • If for any reason you need to leave our group during the trip, you must fill out a "Letter of Liability Release", no exceptions. 
    • Guests under 16 years old, must be accompanied by an adult (Age 18 or above). 
    • In the event of traffic, weather, or other circumstances not under our company's control, or if you are unable to participate in activities included in the itinerary due to personal reasons, no refunds will be given. 
    • If you have special needs (such as but not limited to: bed type, vegetarian options, high-chairs, etc.) please inform us at least 7 days before your trip. We will do our best to accommodate you, but there is no guarantee. 
    • Tips:
    • In the Rockies, there can be large temperature differences between morning and evening. The temperature is usually minus 10 degrees in winter. Please prepare clothes appropriately.
    • In the Rockies, there's ample sunshine and usually high levels of Ultraviolet rays (UV rays) that may cause sunburn, so proper sun protection will be needed. The region has a dry climate and body lotion is one of the must-haves when traveling.
    • We require you to sign the disclaimer before participating in any optional winter activities; and highly recommend purchasing a travel insurance.
    • When encountering wild animals, feeding is prohibited; In the case of large animals, do not leave the vehicle and approach.
    • Smoking is strictly prohibited in hotel rooms and throughout the hotel. Violation of the rules will result in a fine of $300 CAD or more.
    • Within the national parks, please note smoking is permitted in certain areas only. Please follow the rules and do not litter cigarette butts. Please make sure that they're fully out in case of a fire hazard.
    • Please note that hotels in the Rocky Mountains area are mostly 3-4 story wooden structures. Some hotels do not have elevators.
    • For environmental protection, Rocky Mountains area hotels are not provided with toothpaste, toothbrush, slippers, comb; Only shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and soap are provided.
    • Most hotel rooms are not equipped with kettles. If you need hot water for drinking, please ask the hotel’s front desk for assistance. If no kettle can be provided, please use the coffee machine properly as instructed.
    • There is no “hot (boiling)” drinking water at the attractions, if necessary, please prepare it yourself before departure.
    • Canadian voltage power is 110V, and the electrical socket is a three-pin plug: the upper one is round, and the lower two are flat and parallel.

  • Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
  • Please Note:
    1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
    2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
  • Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.

* Double rooms are not guaranteed to be two beds type, please understand.
* Price for a child applies when a 0 to 12-year-old child stays in one standard room as a third or fourth person.

* Adding an extra bed for the triple and quadruple rooms isn't allowed. 

Reservation Info

    1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.
    2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a status update email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
    3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
    4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
