Excellent tour allowing us to visit many places within a limited period of time, in the meantime, tour guide gave breaks which made the tour comfortable. We were lucky to have Sabathtian for the E glish speaking group as a tour guide/leade..r during the last 7 days, while the tour guide in Paris, Mickey, during the first 2 days, was not interested in the job. She just took us from one place to the other without even giving any description or explanation before reaching the place or when we reached it. Sabathtian can be accompanied by guides/leaders like Mickey and Viet (for the Vietnamese group) for on the job training. Actually, the unprofessional behaviour of Viet was noticeably modified when he accompanied Sabathtian, during the last 7 day.

The tour itself was fabulous and Europamundo did a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend their tours to anyone; however, the information I received from you was not always accurate or correct. First of all, the luggage was not limited.. to 1 piece only. Second, I missed having a nice dinner with the group on the first evening because I received a message from you stating that I should go ahead and get dinner prior to meeting my tour guide and group.Read full review

Left in Paris yet I was at the pick up location as indicated by tours4fun. Had to take a taxi to catch the bus on its first stop, 220Euros paid for a reported fault entirely on tours4fun. All other passengers who booked from other agents ha..d a different pick up location details:Place d'Italie in front of Mac Donald. This was not the case for me. When reported to the support they just gave me confusing information to cover themselves, like they advise their customers to arrive 10minutes earlier, yet it is not mention anywhere. 1)Your USA Office should have given me invoice number as soon as I paid them here. This was needed by your London office as confirmation of payment. This was not provided to me by your USA office. Although your London office figured out th..at I did make payment, initially they told me that it was my responsibility to talk to USA and get invoice number. NOT EVERYONE CARRIES MOBILE PHONE WITH INTERNATIONAL SERVICE. IT WAS UPSETTING TO START WITH.
2)Your tour GUIDE was VERY rude and was treating passengers as children. EVERYONE and I REPEAT EVERYONE was having heated arguments with him at Eiffel Tower site. He showed us where to assemble after sightseeing and he expected us to come back at a different place. He was after all paid because of tourists like us. And he should remember that.Read full review

Tours4Fun is merely a travel agent and very bad in customer service so give 0 stars to Tours4Fun but the actual company star tours UK is really an extra ordinary company to travel Europe. I must comment about our Tour Manager Mr. Neeraj Sha..rma, who was a very authentic, reliable, professional, perfectionist and noble person. I am quite convinced that my tour to Europe may not be this level successfully without him. Even I learned a lot in my personal life as well from his etiquettes and professionalism. Tour itinerary was good but late check ins to hotels At 9. To 9.30 way to late. Our tour leader Tony was excellent and Emanuel also good . Hotels started off very good but last two in Rome and Venice were old and very ordinary

The whole experience was great. The tour managers were knowledgeable, friendly, organized and helpful. The hotels were great and in all we will recommend this tour to anybody. The bus drivers were great and we felt safe at all times.
The itinerary and tour manager were great. The coach was comfortable for the most part, but wifi would have made it more pleasurable. The tour package compared to other companies was more reasonable for our budget, so I understand the sav..ings came from using hotels near, but outside of the city centers were visited. Putting aside our own expected American customary accommodations, the hotels overall were good. However, the hotel in Florence was a horrible experience for us and other travelers. We were there during a heat wave and many of the air conditioners of the rooms were not working. I opened a window at night for fresh air and it almost came off the hinge. The bracket holding the hinge was broken in half, so it was only being held by one bolt. I don't mind different motifs, but the bedding and towels were also old, worn and dated. Other travelers had their own complaints. Other than that, the trip itself was a great experience for our family.Read full review
The hotels was not to good, most of them was to small and old.. the Guide person was great person and very kind. His English very fluent. Very good person.
The value for the tour is good. There are lots of add-on options, which cost extra. It's an economy tour, so you get what you paid for. All-in-all, I am satisfied with my trip.
just finished doing the green line tour. it was fast-paced and the heat wave certainly made it more exhausting. i have no complaints though, and the places we went to were all worth it. Special shout out to the best tour director ever - G..ENO CHEUNG. he showed genuine concern for our safety and welfare. Geno took the extra mile on a lot of occassions. to cite a few examples, (1) thought of seating arrangements in the bus to avoid potential conflicts; (2) he gave up his room & shared he room with the driver so that the family who got bumped off will remain in the same hotel where the group was staying; (3) he arranged for a small train in Pisa to avoid the long walk under the sun, and he even took it out of his paycheck! (4) he booked the best local tour guide for the walking tour in Rome. these are just a few examples. i can see how passionate he is with what he is doing. he also has good rapport with the driver. his personal experiences and witty comments made the long journeys more bearable. it really felt like Geno treated us as his family. would also like to show my appreciation to our driver, Wotnjie (apologies if i mispelled his name). truly thankful and truly satisfied. kudos to Geno & Wotnjie!!!
