Not all times listed on the site were available. Took multiple emails back and forth to finally book a tour as Tours4fun had to check with the local tour company each time. When I was finally able to book a tour, I was sent a ticket for the.. wrong time. It took another week after that to finally get the right ticket sent. Would not recommend booking through this site.Read full review
Roads were closed because of a snow storm so we couldnt reach Page in time. Considering this was beyond our control, we asked if we could reschedule and we werent allowed to. I think they should give considerations for instances such as the..se.Read full review

The tour and guide were amazing!!!
The reservations group are the worst I ever had to deal with. Even after speaking with a rep on the phone, requesting a different time, and being told it was available. They did not changed my reserva..tion stating per website no refund or cancellation. Customer service must not be a concern with the booking agency!Read full review
People are asked to come 90 minutes before the tour start time. We got up at 7:00am to make it. But when we got there All we did was to pay $40 and got a receipt and told to come back 15 minutes before the tour. Now we had 85 minutes to k..ill. It doesn’t make any sense.Read full review
Gave wrong date while giving reminder. Request be there 90min early, 30 min is way enough. The tour guide was very nice but didn’t give any information about the canyon. Our tour guide at upper Antelope canyon is totally different. The d..ate available on the website is different as the real available slots.Read full review
I was expecting to take a windy dust filled ride to the tour location but you are literally right behind the canyon so you take a short walk down with your group and tour guide. Our guide was awesome. He gave us a heads up on everything we ..needed to know at the appropriate time, he was well versed on the history of the canyons and tNavajo history (he himself is Navajo),knew the right spots and settings on phones to take photos and offered to take photos of everyone in the group. He also was asking where we were from, how long we were staying and if we had plans to see anything else on our trip. Although it was his job he wasn’t acting like it (in the best way). I would highly recommend this tourRead full review

Our tour guide, Frank was incredible! Not only did he give us the history of the canyon, he showed us how to get the best pictures AND took them for us! I'd seen pics of Antelope Canyon in Webshots before, which piqued my interest, origin..ally. I'd highly recommend Frank add a tour guide for this tour.Read full review
The tour service is okay , the information on website is not consistent with what we experienced. We were there at least 90 minutes ahead but the sign said 60 minutes, so we rushed to get there, then had to leave again and back. It was so ..cold outside , waiting is outdoor. The truck we took is pretty much open . If I had known what type of viechle we took , I would have chosen different company.Read full review
