No wifi in the bus. Travelling long distance without wifi is boring specially when you are in the bus for about 5-6 hours a day. There was a toilet in the bus but not allowed to use it. We had to wait for regular rest stops to use toilet. O..n average 13 hours spent at hotels. They were good but in isolated places. When you get to a hotel no way to get out. Only 5-6 hours allowed for tours including lunch. One day it was limited to 1.5 hours. Only after I booked the tour, No time to vist Alhambra palace which is one of main attractions in Spain. Last moment we were asked to join a combined tour group of Chinese and we were the only English speaking travelers. It was somewhat boring trip. I recommend to have about two weeks for this trip then there will be at least one day for sight-seen at a one location.Read full review
We enjoyed the tour because after a guided tour, we were given adequate time to explore the place by ourselves. Also, Mano our tour leader, was very helpful and gave an excellent narration of the history and other important information abou..t the places that we visited. The schedule was not very hectic or tiring too.
We would like to go on another tour in the future, as well as recommend this particular tour to our friends too.Read full review

Our tour guide Mano was simply outstanding. He was so knowledgeable and excited to share his knowledge with the group making the time on the bus a history lesson on wheels. The group was good for being on time and he always made sure to s..how us the meeting spots and let us know what to see, eat and such at every stop. The drive time was broken up with frequent stops which was nice. The bus was very nice, clean and comfortable. My only reason for the 4 star rating is the hotels were very average which for the price of the tour wasn’t a surprise. Overall, i found the tour informative, scenic and fun but would like more time in the cities we visited for a bit of exploring. It’s a great way to see lots of places in one trip but not enough time to get the full experience of each stop.Read full review

I thought that the tour was conducted in about as good a manner as possible. The first tour guide, Mano Cheung, was excellent, the second guide Lex was a very nice guy and did a good job overall, but was not as clear and concise.

Tour Guide Shauna was the best! Very accommodating and very knowledgeable about every destination we've been to around the Skye. Really looking forward to doing this again some time soon. Thanks a lot!
The tour was good on the whole. We were not very happy with the guide. He made some snide remarks when a certain group including us said that we were not interested in seeing the bull fighting arena at Ronda & when we did not want to go for.. the Flamenco dance & dinner as we had already done that in Barcelona. We are vegetarians so had no interest in taking the meal offer. A guide should not make embarrassing remarks & hurt the sentiments. After all its optional & he /she has no right to make anyone feel otherwise. Generally we were not happy. Then he did not take us to Balem Tower at Lisbon. We did ask him & he replied in the negative. So we took a hurried walk to the tower on our own. The itinerary should be fulfilled at all cost.
The bus was comfortable & the hotels too. We wish the hotels were ner the city so that it would be easy to find food.
I can recommend you to others but these things should be taken care of. On the whole we were satisfied.
Thank You.Read full review
We saw a lot of great things, the best in all the cities. We travelled long distances. The bus drivers were smooth drivers making the travel very comfortable. There were extras to pay for certain things but I imagine the tour would have bee..n more expensive if these were included. This type of tour is perfect if you want to see as much as possible without having to walk around a lot.Read full review
Tour guide is very unprofessional. Found out that she was sleeping with one of the male travellers in our group. She is interested only to party with the younger travellers. She gives NO notice to the older ladies, who could not cope with t..he group walking, despite she is called upon. She has no local knowledge. She will google about the place as the bus is approaching ,& then read the information from her handphone. She can not speak any of the local language and is dependent on the driver to get us thru the various borders. She is not organised and frankly should not be a tour guide.
Please see attached feedback form, which I have completed for Expat Explorer. Hope this form finds its way back to the compsny.Read full review

I joined this tour with my family, my parents, my uncle, my aunties. I can say this tour is great and worth the price, suitable for kids, adults, and elderly. The schedule, the bus, the hotel was good. The Tour Leader, TIM, is very nice an..d informative. I appreciate that he always inform us about the toilet locations, some choice for lunch/ dinner, and other useful information about the place we're going to go.
Just 1 suggestion if I may say, about the meeting point at Schipol Airport. I think it is better if it's said the meeting point is in front of Burger King Arrival Hall Schipol Airport.
I had trouble to find the meeting point, that day ... hahaha ... i was panic, and I can't find the meeting point. After I called and I got the clue of Burger King, I can find it easily.
But after the hectic at the beginning, I'm so thankful that all other things run okay.
Thank you for the nice experience.Read full review
