Complaints: Terrible itineraries ever!

We are now the fourth day of the 5 days Canadian Rockies mountains tour , I write to give up the tour now and complain the ridiculous arrangement of the itinerary.
As I thought ..that you are the leading and professional travel agency among the industry and now we are very disappointed.
We have the following complaint:
1) Almost everyday we need to spend at least six hours travelling to and fro the same highways for the same repeated starting points as to go to the destinations that are within two hours drives in distance.
Supposedly it should be a circuit route arranged.
2) One of my family member is 84 years old lady. No any appropriate advice from your so called TOUR4FUN experts office was given and we need to give up the tour on the last day after four days torture.please refer the follows:
3) The lunch time everyday is less then one hours everyday which is not make sense (including getting off from the coach, finding restaurant, order and waitOMG for the food, getting back to coach)
Moreover, we pay extra money to book 2 rooms for three people for including the 80+ old lady and myself 60 years old, our rooms were assigned far far away (like today rooms one at fifth and the other at third floor ) that we could not take care of each other.
We found that some of the other members like us is planning to complain. That means that we are not the only people not satisfying the false arrangements.
Please refund whole or portion of the money for our time loss or any compensation we should deserved.
As a responsible company, I wish that you will face the matters seriously.

1)The Tour guide was overly stressed through out the Trip.This caused her to loose patience fairly quickly with her customers.
2)The tour guide definitely needs to improve her language and communication skills in English. Due to her lack o..f skills, multiple times through out the trip many individuals felt targeted and as if Racial remarks were made.This was pointed to her many times to mind her language and not to be racial in her remarks and comments.
3) Hotels selected for the Trip were also below standard. many basic amenities were missing such as Unclean washrooms,Dirty Towels and uncomfortable beds.
4) During the entire journey the Lunch and dinner locations selected were bias to one specific community.This information was totally missing at the time of booking.It is important to keep all customers and dietary restrictions in mind when choosing eatery locations.
OVERALL EXPERIENCE OF THIS TRIP WAS VERY BAD. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OUR FRIENDS TO GO FOR THIS TOURSRead full review

The tour was very well organised. The schedule is quite hectic as it starts early but it is required to cover the long distances and the attractions within those days. The manager Ryan was simply fantastic as he was very accommodative while.. ensuring that the schedule was timely followed. The communication was in English and Mandarin with no problems at all. The hotels selected were also very nice. Would highly recommend this tour - excellent value for koney. Have booked another tour through tours4fun at vancouver starting this Friday and expect a similar standard of service.
Just some info for people travelling with small kids - we were advised to carry the car seat for our little daughter who is 2 years old but it could not be used since the bus did not have the belt to hold the car seat.Read full review
1. Tour was outsourced to another company , which was not known.
2. After accepting booking for 25 th it was cancelled and had to be done on 26 th which was possible but inconvenient
3. Guide and driver said that money collected as tips ac..tually had to be returned to the company and thus asked for more tips from people.
4. While actual charges for admissions for senior citizens and children were less , same charges were taken for all.Cheating ? Not acceptable.
5. Co passengers said that the food arranged was not good. Based on reviews we did not take it.
6. Passengers must be taken to the hotels early before dinner as many don't take dinner and get less time to sleep
7.Hot water for making tea was not provided at the hotels which had coffee makers only.Read full review
Complete value for money! Timing through the tour was well managed, Information shared throughout was factful and informative, tour guide was perfect (helpful, friendly and well organised), so much covered in 3 days- tour has left us with f..abulous memories!Read full review
