I just got back from vacation yesterday 7/6/19 and I don’t ever write reviews but I had to since the previous reviews almost made me think twice about booking .....but I went ahead with it.....best decision! The bus was nice the tour guid..e Denise was amazing! We were all English speakers so he spoke in English the entire time lol unlike other reviews claimed. He was funny and informative of the Hoover dam, Grand Canyon and told us step by step what to do and what not to do. Dummy proof! I absolutely loved it and highly recommend this company! Water was also provided during this trip. He will make stops at gas stations half way ...so you can go to the bathroom and get snacks etc. The company is organized and no hidden fees! My husband and I recently took the Grand Canyon West Rim W/Adm& Hoover Dam One-Day Tour on Wednesday, June 26, offered by your company Tour4Fun. This was a trip of a life time. However, our memories will forever be shattered because upon ..returning from the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam, the driver Wayne, decided he would not bring us back to our hotel, the MGM Grand, but would instead drop us off at the MGM Park which was several blocks away.
There was apparently some construction which precluded the bus from picking tourist up at the West Wing Bus Tour Lobby of the hotel on 3799 Las Vegas Blvd. S. It is my understanding from the MGM Grand Hotel, and according to the Las Vegas Department of Transportation, that there was no construction which would have hindered the bus from returning us to the front entrance of the MGM Grand Hotel which is where the tour bus picked us up that morning.
We selected the MGM Grand Hotel because it was one of the hotels listed on your website as a meeting point. Once again, there was no majeure which would have prohibited the bus returning us to the MGM Grand Hotel.

The tour was acceptable. But the customer service of Tour 4 Fun was horrible. You need to improve the service and focuses in the customer, we are human and need one Great service. Is my 1rst experience using your services and not recommend ..it to anyone. The call center employees was focused in received the money of tours and never respond our calls to discuss doubts. I received your page recommendation from Facebook, but I will put a review about the worst experience. I work with customer service and always offer alternatives and great service to all people, is my commitment. So sad for me, see the poor committment of your Company.Read full review
El guía intentó estafarnos en más de una ocasión intentando cobrarnos por extras que no existían. No sabía responder a las preguntas sobre la ruta, no hizo paradas contratadas como los Joshua Trees a pesar de que todos los clientes pe..dimos que parara en dos ocasiones, no paró ni a la ida ni a la vuelta. Sólo buscaba sacar beneficio. Quiso cobrarnos por la entrada al skywalk 20 dólares más de su precio real... y así todo el viaje... Tuvimos que organizarnos solos para poder entender qué estábamos viendo buscando en google, preguntando a otros guías qué ruta teníamos que seguir en el GC y cómo funcionaba el itinerario... Además, dejó tirados a 6 pasajeros del autobús que tuvieron que coger un taxi hasta la primera parada, nunca nos explicó por qué nos hizo estar 1 hora parados dentro del autobús en un aparcamiento esperando por estos pasajeros que cuando llegaron nos explicaron la situación. Al estar 1 hora parados en un parking por su incompetencia luego se saltó la parada más especial dejándonos sin la foto del viaje. Esta excursión fue una COMPLETA ESTAFA.Read full review
