Guide- Eddie Peng is dynamic, knowledgeable and friendly, Speaks fairly good English.
Accommodation- Excellent. But passengers should refrain from smoking in the hotels. Otherwise there will be emergency evacuation.
Transportation- One st..ar off due to a window issue. The lock spring broke loose at the end of the journey but the guide managed to secure it well.
Itinerary- The Secret Caverns and Thundering Waters are only average attractions compared to others.
Overall, we get much more than our money's worth in this tour. Thank you.Read full review

I recently took this tour with my brother. We are Australians travelling America. We chose to do the Niagara tour from New York to fit a couple more things in and instead of driving out there 7 hours each way in one day. The tour starts in ..China Town New York the tour only includes the bus transport and accommodation for the night (which we knew and was great value already). The tour guides Mike Lee and Peter Wang were great for the trip. The bus was defiantly not the newest bus bus was at least mostly clean. We both have long legs and found we would need to move around the chair a bit to get comfy. The bus stopped every 1.5-2 hrs which was great for a stretch (make sure you have movies or music to keep sane). Day one at about 2.30 you stop at Watkins Glen National park. Bus drops you At the top of the hill and you walk down the middle of the gorge to the bottom. Takes about 40min at steady pace. Unfortunately it pored rain when we were there. We still walked down and got drenched as e views were amazing of the falls and gorge. The tour company gave a refund for the $10 park entry that we paid as most people didn't do it due to the pouring rain that started shortly after setting off. I highly recommend. At about 6.30 we got into Niagara Falls (June/July it's not dark till like 9pm) we did the IMAX movie which was good to get some history of the falls. We also did the Maid of the mist boat tour which I highly recommend! To truly see the falls. At about 9.30 pm we left for the hotel in Buffalo. We stayed in Ramada hotel which was clean and nice and even got simple buffet breakfast in the morning. The next day we were out by 7.00am. We did the In-depth tour of Niagara and the Old Fort. It was great to see the fort. It wasn't really a tour the bus took us out to the fort and we walked around at own pace but was worth it. After it was back to Niagara to have free roam around. We rented bikes and rode around the edge of the falls. By doing this we were able to go over to the Terrapin Point where the Larger West falls are. I HIGHLY recommend this as it was a great view over there and it was not told to us by the tour company. At about 12.30pm it was time to hit the road back to New York with a few stops along the way to stretch. For the price I highly recommend this tour. If you want a bit , more luxury you can pay more but this was perfectly fine.Read full review
My family and I went on a two-day tour from New York City to Niagara Falls on July 6-7 arranged through Tours4Fun and conducted by L&L Company, and enjoyed it thoroughly. We were given a time and place to assemble for pick-up that was very ..convenient for us, and the registration, boarding of the bus, etc. went flawlessly. Many buses were boarding for several destinations, but we were put on the right bus with a minimum of fuss and with courtesy and efficiency.
In Chinatown in Manhattan we were transferred, again equally effortlessly and courteously, from our shuttle bus to the one that took us to Niagara Falls. The bus was clean, comfortable, had a good, careful driver, and an excellent tour guide with the name of Jake Yang.
Jake was wonderful. Born in Burma, he spoke excellent English and Mandarin, knew how to treat each passenger courteously, attentively, and in a friendly, engaging manner, and was well organized so that all the announcements were clear and timely, all the arrangements carefully explained, and all the details meticulously planned. In a very pleasant way, and without giving the impression of hurrying or hassling anyone, he had all of us stick to a tight schedule, so the trip and all our sight seeing went like clockwork while leaving us plenty of time to dawdle. A young man, he is also clearly a person of wide culture with a fund of information at his fingertips, not only about the sights we visited but also about many other aspects of American history, culture, landscape, and even roads. Though our bus was equipped with GPS, Jake would occasionally advise the driver to take a different route, and always got us to our destinations in less time and through easier traffic. Quite remarkable!
On the way to the Falls we stopped at Watkins Glen State Park for a scheduled hike, and again Jake was the leader. He had a remarkable knack for being, when needed, at the head of the hike or the rear, of speeding or retarding our movements as was necessary, and ensured that everyone remained safe even at a few tricky spots along the way and maintained good humor throughout.
At Niagara Falls arrangements for our overnight stay had been carefully planned. We got to the hotel and to our rooms, which were very clean and comfortable, and assembled for breakfast at an early hour next morning, led by Jake. We boarded a separate bus from the one that had brought us there, and went to various sites—all very enjoyable—and finally for a ride on The Maid of the Mist, which is the highlight of the tour. Here again Jake had made all the arrangements and executed them flawlessly, so that all 50+ people who were on the trip had a marvelous experience, what I may, without exaggeration describe as a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
The return trip was as pleasant as the outward one had been, and we arrived back in New York in very good time. A great time had been had by all. Everything had gone perfectly and according to plan. The slightest eventuality had been planned for.
My family and I were very impressed by the company that organized the tour, and would recommend it whole-heartedly to everyone. And full marks to Jake Yang, our tour leader, for the marvelous work that he did!
