Auckland was a great starting point, and each stop after that got better. Paihia was peaceful, Rotorua was fascinating, and Kaikōura’s whale watching was unforgettable.
Kaikōura’s marine life was a highlight for me, while Rotorua gave a fascinating insight into New Zealand’s geothermal activity. Auckland and Paihia were the perfect places to relax and enjoy the scenery.
100% New Zealand’s beauty is unmatched, and this tour showcased it perfectly.

Huka Falls and the Glowworm Caves were surreal experiences, and the time spent in Aoraki/Mt Cook National Park was unforgettable. The landscape at Lake Tekapo was so peaceful, and we had plenty of time to enjoy the stars at night. I loved t..hat it was a small group tour – it allowed us to explore more intimate spots.Read full review

Aoraki/Mt Cook National Park offered some of the best hiking trails I’ve ever been on, and the views were out of this world. The small group size was perfect, as it felt more relaxed and personal. Ending the tour at Lake Tekapo was just t..he icing on the cake – the lake’s beauty was a sight to behold!Read full review
Great tour of the NZ north island, very organised with the option to have your tour leader add on any extra activities you want to do. We also got a lot of working & travelling advice from the tour leader so it’s handy if you plan to ..live and work in NZ. Highly recommend I had the best week.Read full review

Auckland gave us a taste of city life, while Lake Tekapo was the perfect escape into nature. The highlight for me was visiting Cromwell and its charming vineyards.

I had such a fun time on the New Zealand North tour! my group were so nice and my group leader Alex was great. He was super organised and he made sure we were all happy and enjoying ourselves every day. There was never a dull moment full of.. laughs and banter. Alex was also very knowledgeable about each place we visited. I wish I did the full tour of New Zealand so I highly recommend the North and South tour. ·Read full review
