The activity and itinerary was great - well worth the trip. However our tour guide was very untrustworthy, often turning up late and once using the van to transport other people while our belongings were still in the van. I'd probably recom..mend using another service to see the same sights.Read full review
It was a fast-paced highlight tour allowing to see a lot of parks and canyons in a short amount of time! Waking up to a sunrise in the Monument Valley was priceless!
Not happy. I registered a group of 7 people for a tour about 6 weeks in advance and was charged in full immediately (over $500). After 2 weeks, one member of the group informed me that he wouldn't be able to go due to a conflict. Although t..his was still 4 weeks in advance, I got a refund for that one ticket but was charged a $17 fee for making a change to the reservation! I spoke to a manager and got that waved as that is pretty rediculous. Then two days before our tour, one member of the group had a medical emergency and had to be admitted to ICU in Henderson. I called Tours4Fun immediately asking for a refund for that ticket since this individual obviously couldn't attend, and I even provided copies of the hospital report per email to prove it. I was told "no, it is past the cancellation date". Well sorry, but an emergency medical condition should be an exception, just like with an airline ticket, or similar! The worst part was, that ticket was just resold at full price to another taker, so either Tours4Fun or the Indian Reservation that does the tours profited twice. Not right. The tour itself, by the way, was extremely crowded with several "pile-ups" in the canyon which resulted in lengthy waiting periods. It was also not possible to take any pictures with no strangers in it. Not my idea of experiencing nature. I would recommend going to one of the smaller canyons and I would NOT recommend Tours4Fun. I will never be using them againRead full review
tour coverage was good..wish we had more time to complete all zones ..I would have preferred a lesser group..even with 34 people seems a lot to pick up and wasted time
we did enjoy th helicopter ride an instant decision we made
Tour guide.. & driver were great & was patient when one passenger came back almost 1hr during the agreed time for departure at the end of the tourRead full review
Great Tibet with all the beautiful views. For me, the most unforgettable is Namtso, which means "heavenly". The holy lake is the highest-altitude saltwater lake in the world. Namtso is a truly expansive and beautiful place, highly recommend..ed!!Read full review
Our guide was excellent. I realize this is a very popular attraction and for good reason. But there were too many people in there at one time, and people got carried away with taking selfies.
We covered a lot of wonderful sites and we all had such a great time. Our tour guide Evan was incredible, patient and dedicated. He explains the history, geology, etc of each places we visit making the trip even more enjoyable.
We opted for.. the camping option. It rained heavily the first night. After we were all in our tents, he walked around in the rain making sure that our tents were secured. Thanks Evan. Like we said when ended our tour... “We love you”.
